The ModDiva Story

With the newly made over ModDiva.com, it gives way to reflect on where we started as a company, where we have grown and where we will be going. A business is very much like a child! You give birth to it, nurture it… and watch it grow. Mod Diva was born from my own personal need and desire to find luxurious, quality throw pillows that were also affordable and stylish. It has since grown and with our new website and new logo, our child just graduated high school and it off to college!

The college years of our lives are about exploration and trying new things! Here at Mod Diva, we are diving into social media with fervor. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Google + … oh my! We are going to be sharing up a storm on our networks – sharing our favorite products, styling tips for decorating, and much more. I love the idea of interacting with you all in the digital space. The interaction we have with you in person can continue online or for most of you, it can begin! From designer throw pillows to our handbags and accessories, all Mod Diva products are made with love and the greatest attention to details. Our philosophy is “if a product is worth making, it is worth making well”.  In a world of mass production and disposable product, we like to be known as a company that makes products well. Not only do we use the highest quality raw material to make the products, but we also pay great attention to our craftsmanship so our customers can enjoy our durable products for a very long time.

This core value can be seen in our handbags – Designed to deliver functions for practical use.

For example, our wristlets have been used as a clutch purse but the padding and size makes it a perfect Kindle Sleeve as well.  Many customers have utilized this purse style also as their travel jewelry bag due to the nice padding it features.

Our Messenger Bag style has a variety of features that makes the design very versatile.  It can be worn as a Slouch / Shoulder Bag if you shorten the straps but if the straps are lengthen, it can be worn as a Messenger Bag or Cross Body bag.  Customers have use this style bag as a Messenger Bag, Travel Bag, Diaper Bag, Book Bag, etc.  One style – many purposes and use.
