ModDiva Wall Hangings

Mod Diva has a new product of Home Accessories that we are excited to share with you… Wall Hangings! With the use of designer fabric, we have created pieces of art. Many of the designer fabrics we use are just so fantastic.  But many of the patterns don’t really “show” on smaller products.  So, basically I came up with making these wall hangings because I was inspired by the fabric designs and I really wanted to have a larger product that will allow for the fabric art pieces to “shine”.  Besides, I was totally in love with the idea of having a matching or coordinating piece of wall art with my pillows.

This canvas was made using a Deep Gallery Stretching technique with the staples on the back of the wooden frame. A hook on the back makes this beautiful art piece ready to hang. Canvas was treated with Scotchgard to protect the wall art dust, stains and dirt.

 

 

Since the wall hangings already have a hook, customer just needs to hang it up.  But these don’t necessarily have to be hung up.  These beautiful art pieces will look great on a buffet / side table against the wall or even just again the wall on the ground next to a nice looking basket.    

 

Wall art can be expensive and for people, especially the ones that like to change their interior décor look multiple times a year, these fabric stretch wall hangings are a great choice as they are affordable and simply pretty to look at.

ModDiva Values Functionality

Our throw-away society is defined with mass and excessive production of short-lived and disposable items.  Mod Diva is trying to make a positive difference by making products that are multi-functional and long-lasting.  The number of conscious consumers is rising and we want to provide these consumers with high quality and beautiful products that are priced fairly and made to last.

Most of our hardware and supplies are purchased from small US companies that provide high quality products and great customer service.  All of zippers, for example, are manufacturer in North Dakota by a father and son company.  Even though the zippers are more expensive than made in China zippers, they are much better quality.  The consumer may not see the difference in quality of the hardware or supplies, but they will make a difference in how long a product can be used.  

 

All the materials and supplies needed to make our products are carefully chosen and we spend a lot of time and money to make multiple prototypes to ensure that the end product is multi-functional, sturdy and long lasting.  Cosmetic Bag may be called “cosmetic bag” as that was the original idea, but the functions are endless:
